The Podiatrist Says

The SOLE Active Thick with metatarsal pad adds a met pad — a small raised pad that spreads the forefoot bones to take pressure off the ball of the foot. Heat-moldable for a custom fit, but it's the thickest in the line, so it needs a genuinely roomy shoe with a removable insole. The met pad placement matters; if it sits under the wrong spot it'll annoy you — the molding helps dial that in.

Description
The SOLE Act Thick Met Pad Insoles combine SOLE's heat-moldable support with a metatarsal pad for forefoot relief. The moldable base customizes to your arch while the met pad helps distribute pressure across the ball of the foot, and the thicker cushioning suits roomier shoes and boots. Many of our customers who spend long hours on their feet reach for the Act Thick Met Pad for daily support. At Walking Comfort, we point customers toward this insole when they want customized comfort with forefoot cushioning.
