Oofos Ooriginal Thong Unisex
The original recovery flip-flop: same OOfoam impact absorption as the slides, so feet get a rest instead of pounding flat on hard floors. The thong style keeps it easy to slip on. But flip-flops are the one sandal type foot doctors tend to caution against, because toe-gripping changes your stride — fine as recovery footwear around the house, not the sandal for long days of walking.
