The Podiatrist Says
A wedge sandal on NAOT's anatomical cork footbed — so the arch support is genuinely good for a wedge. But the wedge still elevates the heel and loads the forefoot; that's geometry, not opinion. Wear in rotation, keep long standing days in flatter shoes, and skip wedges if your forefoot is already complaining.

Description
The Naot Mermaid sandal helps you feel comfortable and look stylish in a casual, simply designed low wedge. Nubuck leather uppers; a suede-wrapped, anatomic cork and latex footbed that molds to the shape of the foot; adjustable hook-and-loop ankle and toe straps; and a low wedge heel on a flexible traction outsole. At Walking Comfort, we recommend the Mermaid for customers who want a classy, comfortable sandal with genuine support.
