Getting the right size is the first step to comfort. Use this guide to choose your size and width online, or visit one of our stores for a free foot scan.
How to measure your feet at home
- Measure at the end of the day, when your feet are largest, wearing the socks you plan to wear.
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall and mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark in inches or centimeters. Measure both feet and use the larger one.
- Compare with the brand's size chart on the product page.
How a good fit should feel
- Length: about a thumb's width between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
- Width: your foot shouldn't spill over the footbed or feel pinched at the ball of the foot.
- Heel: snug, with little or no slipping as you walk.
- Arch: the arch support should meet your arch without pressing into it.
Width guide

Brand sizing notes
- European sizes (Birkenstock, Naot, Alegria, Dansko, ECCO): sized in whole European sizes. If you are between sizes, most customers size down and choose a regular width.
- Dansko clogs: should feel snug at the instep with a little heel movement as you walk; that is by design.
- OOFOS: most styles use unisex (men's) sizing. Women usually order two sizes down from their usual women's size.
- Running shoes: many runners go up a half size for long distances because feet swell.

Description
Description
The Cadence Low Arch (LA) is a thin replacement insole — 5mm from heel to toe — with a low arch profile and mild-to-moderate support, plus Cadence's trademark comfort under the heel and forefoot. At Walking Comfort, our fit team recommends the LA for customers who want a little support in lower-volume shoes without adding bulk.
Benefits
Slim fit for lower-volume footwear
Supports the foot and improves shock absorption to help reduce stress and fatigue in the feet, legs, hips, and back
Performance and Fit
The added support and comfort enhance the fit of your shoes and help maximize energy transfer, pressure distribution, and balance
Quality and Durability
Cadence insoles are made with high-quality materials that resist compression and deformation for superior durability and long-lasting feel.
About Cadence
Cadence insoles were developed and designed by a physical therapist with more than 35 years of personal and professional experience working with insoles and orthotics, born from a passion to build an over-the-counter insole with an unmatched combination of comfort, support, and durability. The insole is what your foot contacts and feels — the first line of comfort and support. Most replacement insoles on the market are either too soft to offer real support or too hard and uncomfortable. We see many customers endure aches and pains in their feet and legs, and at Walking Comfort we find the fix is often as simple as a more supportive and comfortable insole, shoe, or both.
