Vionic Bay Womens

This is the Vio Motion formula in a boat shoe - a real orthotic footbed with firm arch support, not just a cushioned insole, APMA-accepted. That's genuinely unusual in a casual shoe and the reason Vionic gets recommended for all-day wear. The leather will soften and mold with wear. Two honest notes: the built-in support is fixed, so custom rigid orthotics won't fit underneath it, and firm arch support is not for every foot - if you're used to soft, flat shoes, ease in.
