Naot's anatomical cork-and-latex footbed is the story here — molded arch support, deep heel cup, and a shape that distributes pressure across the whole foot instead of loading the heel and ball. It needs a short break-in while the cork adapts to your footprint. Honest trade-off: the fixed footbed is excellent support in its own right, but it won't accept rigid custom orthotics.
