Alegria Beka Womens

The Alegria formula holds here: rocker-style outsole, cushioned footbed with real arch contour, and slip-resistant grip designed for people who work on their feet. The rocker reduces heel-strike pounding on hard floors, which is the whole point of the design. Give it a few wears to adjust — rocker soles change your gait mechanics — and skip them if your balance is unsteady.
