The Collette is a Mary Jane flat, not a clog — it pairs dress-casual styling with a removable cushioned PU footbed and Dansko Natural Arch support, plus a hook-and-loop strap for an adjustable fit. Because the footbed comes out, custom orthotics can be swapped in (a thicker orthotic may snug up the fit, so try them together). One trade-off versus the classic Dansko clog: you don't get the rocker bottom's push-forward effect, so on a 12-hour shift the clog remains the harder-working shoe.
