Same classic cork-latex footbed as the regular Gizeh — arch cradle, pressure spread across the foot, break it in and it molds to you. The platform adds height without much extra pitch. Two caveats: the toe loop takes some getting used to, and the fixed footbed won't take custom orthotics.
