Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@walkingcomfort.com within 2 hours of placing the order and we will inform you if we are able to cancel the order. We ship multiple times per day, so cancellations may not be possible.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
We hope you love what you ordered! But if you need to make a return or exchange, we can help.
If a return is requested within 15 days of delivery you are subject to a refund on the original payment method and if the return request is over 15 days and within 30 days of delivery then you are subject to store credit or an exchange.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in new, unused condition and in original packaging – with all tags/packaging intact. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that any items damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Walking Comfort does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise.
If you purchased the free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return unused product. You will be able to submit a return for store credit, exchange, or refund and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you should still utilize our returns center but you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.
The Redo Free Return Shipping cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
Once we receive and review your returned merchandise, we will issue an exchange/refund.
We can only accept returns of products purchased on walkingcomfort.com. If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return them directly to that location.

Gift cards may not be returned.
PRICE MODIFICATION:
Prices for products displayed on the website can change at any time. Any price changes will not affect any order that has already been accepted. Once the product is delivered to the customer, Walking Comfort is not responsible for the difference in price during the Sale change. No refund is applicable once an order is placed and the Sale changes.

Warranty
Walking Comfort offers a 90-day warranty for any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of the product for unintended purposes.
If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please send us a chat on our website or email support@walkingcomfort.com with your order number and photos detailing your issue.
If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return them directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
