Aetrex Helen Womens
A Mary Jane with orthotics built in — Aetrex's Lynco orthotic footbed is removable and designed for arch support, balance, and alignment, with memory foam on top for immediate comfort. The stretch knit upper and hook-and-loop strap make the fit forgiving. Practical note: because the footbed is removable, you can swap in your own custom orthotics — but the memory foam layer will pack down over months of daily wear.

Description
The Aetrex Helen is a Mary Jane that slips on and pairs with any outfit. Four-way stretch spandex and genuine leather keep it durable, the polyurethane outsole with strategic pressure-relief design prioritizes comfort, and the adjustable hook-and-loop ankle strap dials in the fit. The memory foam footbed cushions every step, and Aetrex's signature arch support helps stabilize and align the foot while relieving common foot pain like plantar fasciitis, heel, and arch pain. Available in several widths for extra room and support. At Walking Comfort, the Helen is a go-to recommendation for customers who need a supportive Mary Jane in a wider width.
