Split verdict: the brand says take your normal running-shoe size, but reviewers split between ‘runs small, size up’ and ‘true to size.’ Between sizes, size up. The arch support must land at a specific spot; straps snug at first, stretch with wear.

Archies Arch Support Flip Flops Unisex
The rare flip-flop a podiatrist might not roll their eyes at — the footbed is actually contoured with real arch support, and the brand claims it was designed with physiotherapists. The catch is the strap: it must fit snug or the arch support can't do its job, so don't size up for room. Even so, a supportive flip-flop is still a flip-flop — fine for the beach and around the house, not a walking shoe.
