Dansko XP 2.0 Mary Jane Womens
Built for people on their feet all shift — the removable molded footbed with Dansko's Natural Arch supports the arch through long hours, and if you wear custom orthotics, they drop right in. The rocker outsole rolls you through the step so the forefoot takes less of a beating on hard floors. The Mary Jane strap helps the heel stay put; fair warning, the rocker feel takes a few shifts to get used to.
