Alegria Paloma Womens Blue Notes

The Paloma is the classic nurse Mary Jane — the removable memory-foam-and-cork footbed molds to your footprint, and a mild rocker outsole rolls you through each step on long shifts. It's APMA accepted and the footbed swaps out for custom orthotics. One caveat: the rocker feel takes a few days to get used to, like most Alegria work shoes.
