Alegria Jordyn Womens
Alegria Jordyn Womens - is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
True to size. Key caveat: the boot opening runs tight at the ankle/leg — one reviewer measured 11” actual vs. 13” listed and had to return. Dual EU sizes — between-size wearers take the larger half. Excellent arch support.

The slip-resistant outsole is the practical feature here — wet kitchen or hospital floors are where most slips happen, and a boot that grips matters more than a boot that cushions. The footbed is removable with an embedded heel cushion, so it works for moderate support needs or swaps out for your own inserts. One caveat: the 1.5-inch lift means your forefoot carries more load than a flat shoe, so if ball-of-foot soreness is your issue, this isn't the one.
