As we have grown, we have been able to fulfill the requests of even more charitable groups and non-profit organizations. We understand there are many amazing causes and many people that need help, so we evaluate each request based on impact and our ability to support.
So that we can provide support to the greatest number of community organizations possible, please take note of the following limitations: Only requests made through this website will be honored. No written, phone, fax, or in-person solicitations will be accepted.

How do I return an item?
Any regular priced item is eligible for return for up to 30 days after the date of receipt.
All returned items must be in unworn, new condition with all tags, boxes, papers, and inserts included. Non-defective items returned in used or damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
Please ship your return in the outer box it was sent to you in. Please do not ship the item in the shoe box. Returned shoe boxes in an damaged or otherwise unusable state will incur a charge of up to $20.
In order to return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The cost of this label WILL be deducted from the refund of the purchase price of the item.
Please print your return label and tape it to the outside of the parcel. You can drop off the return at your local UPS store or schedule a UPS pickup through the UPS website.

If you received an item that was damaged in transit, is defective, used, or is different from what you ordered, please include photos of the item and packaging in your email.
If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return your item and repurchase the correct item if needing to exchange.
Due to Amazon policy, we can only communicate with Amazon customers through the Amazon messaging service. Please message us on Amazon about your order and we will get back to you within 24 hours. For your protection as the customer we cannot assist you in stores or over the phone for Amazon orders. If you purchased something from Walking Comfort on Amazon and need to return it, please use the proper channels on Amazon to return your item. We are unable to accept Amazon order returns at our stores or on walkingcomfort.com
