How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.

Why was my order cancelled?

Occasionally, our system does not update as quickly as it should due to a glitch or brief disconnection. During this time, it may be possible that we oversell a few items before our system is able to catch up. If we cancelled your order, we apologize for the inconvenience! You may see a hold on the funds in your bank account for a few days, but rest assured knowing that you will not be charged for a cancelled order.

Any order of over $100 will automatically receive free shipping.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your order within two business days of the order being placed. Most orders arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days.

Can I ship to a P.O. box or Military APO/FPO address?

We process and refund returns within 3 business days of the item being received by our returns department. It may take up to 10 business days depending on your method of purchase to receive the refund.

Can I return or exchange an Amazon order at your store?

If you purchased something from Walking Comfort on Amazon, please use the proper channels on Amazon to return your item. We are unable to accept Amazon order returns at our stores.

How can I contact you regarding an Amazon order?

At this time, we can only communicate with Amazon customers through the Amazon messaging service. Please message us on Amazon about your order and we will get back to you within 24 hours. For your protection as the customer we cannot assist you in stores or over the phone for Amazon orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
