How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.

Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally, our system does not update as quickly as it should due to a glitch or brief disconnection. During this time, it may be possible that we oversell a few items before our system is able to catch up. If we cancelled your order, we apologize for the inconvenience!
